인간 유래 대장암 세포이다. 배양시 성장 속도는 준수한 편..
배양은 DMEM 10% FBS 1% P/S 을 사용한다.
개인적으로 천연물을 이용한 추출물로 항암 효과 진단시, 효과를 보기 가장 어려운 cell 중에 하나인 것 같다.

Subculture | Remove medium, rinse with fresh 0.25% trypsin solution, remove trypsin and let the culture sit at room temperature (or 37C) until the cells detach (about 10min). Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Subculture every 6 to 8 days. |
